I’m enjoying the sound and everything

I waited a month from the day I ordered the day has finally arrived. This TV is heavy and not easy to put on the wall gate. I was pleasantly surprised. Let me know immediately who is interested, the gold bezel that is a slight gloss on the bottom of the TV. Difficult to detect. I do not know why they put the light color on the shelf, but an effort is necessary to notice. Once installed in my theater, it is unclear in any way.

Do not worry if you’re dithering to buy this series because of the gold bezel. I recently got a sweet deal on some dvd ripper since I live in Colombia, South America and av123 is producing some of their speakers here. However, it is very difficult for me to audition audio equipment like receivers here since there’s not much offering so I just decided to power them with the Onkyo TX-SR304B receiver that I already had around. I’m enjoying the sound and everything but I have the feeling that I could get a lot more out of these speakers by powering with a better receiver, and one that doesn’t use spring clips like the Onkyo of course  . The Onkyo is also very poor in radio signal reception, it’s basically just distortion.

I’m getting interested in playing . mkv hi def video directly on my dvd converter. So far the easiest route seems to be Western Digital USB Media Player. Anyone using this method can you tell me is it that easy? What restriction afa resolutions etc. can it handle? At this point I haven’t played any HD content directly on the TV other than what comes over the Cable. I have an upconverting DVD player. But I’d like to stop messing around with conversions and see some nice hi def stuff on the TV.
